Charley Duggan
Managing Partner
Charles W. Duggan has 40 years experience with all facets of commercial real estate from site selection and acquisition, through construction, management and finance. Mr. Duggan graduated in 1981 from the Haslam School of Business Administration at the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Sciences finance degree in Real Estate & Urban Development. He has worked with the Tennessee Dept. of Transportation Right of Way Acquisition Division in the appraisal of right-of-way condemnation tracts. He was also an officer with publicly-traded (TSE) Canadian development firm Health Development Services. Mr. Duggan is a 29-year member of the International Association of Assessment Officials (IAAO) and a member of IPT, the Institute for Property Taxation. Mr. Duggan has been a speaker at various industry forums, including the Urban Land Institute.
Wesley Vaughn, CMI
Senior Vice President
Wesley Vaughn earned his bachelor degree from the University of Alabama and a graduate degree in city planning from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Duggan Property Services, Wesley worked throughout the Southeast in commercial real estate as a municipal consultant, broker, and city planner. He has experience in leasing, site selection, market research, and public policy. Wesley is a certified member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT).
